Deacon John Vomastek,  Deacon

I was ordained to the diaconate in September of 2010. Saint Patrick is my first assignment as a deacon and I am very happy to be here. To be a deacon is to be a servant. Being new here, I am starting my service ministry with liturgical duties at Mass, along with baptisms, weddings and funerals. I also have a second ministry at the Woodbury Health Care Center, providing a communion service there. I am married and have six children and one grandchild.  The people of Saint Patrick have made me feel so welcome and I am grateful for that.

Cindy Reckinger, Parish Administrator, ext. 1561 

Cindy is responsible for business functions of the church, finance and stewardship, budget, insurance, cemetery and the day to day operations of the buildings.  an ex-officio member of the Finance and Stewardship Commission and the Parish Pastoral Council.  [top]


Denise Stoffel, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, ext. 1560

Denise is responsible for front desk administrative duties, baptism registration, new parishioner registration, monthly parish calendar, parishioner database management, office supply management and administrative support as needed in other areas of the office.   [top]


Jeff Reich, Lead Facilities Engineer, ext. 1571

Jeff is responsible for all maintenance/custodial throughout the parish, including the set-up and take down of Shamrock Hall, upkeep of grounds and maintenance of parish equipment, inventory and purchase of church, kitchen and cleaning supplies.  He also provides care and maintenance of St. Patrick's cemetery grounds.  [top]


Teresa Neuman, Director of Faith Formation, ext. 1565

Teresa is responsible for the development and implementation of faith formation programming that will meet the needs of the parish community.  This includes whole community catechesis for families, sacramental preparation for Confirmation, Eucharist and Reconciliation, adult education and Liturgy of the Word for Children.  As a wife, mother of four, and Catholic educator, I seek to journey with this community as we mutually nurture the knowledge and spiritual practices of our shared Catholic faith. Bryan Collins, Director of Youth Ministry, ext. 1562

Bryan acts as our youth minister for grades 6-12 and coordinates formation and sacramental preparation for grades 6-12.  This includes coordinating service programs, mission trips, summer camps and social programs for youth along with the family faith formation for those ages. Bryan also oversees technology, the weekly bulletin and the website for the parish. [top]


Linda Levi, Faith Formation Assistant, ext. 1568

Linda provides clerical support in all areas of Faith Formation.  She is also responsible for management of the Faith Formation classrooms and the Resource Center.


Kim Thompson, Director of Liturgy and Music, ext. 1564

Kim grew up in Portland, Oregon and most recently relocated to Inver Grove Heights from Tacoma, Washington. She oversees many aspects of the parish’s liturgical life. Kim directs the Adult Choir, Handbell Choir, and Children’s Choir and is a resource to the parish’s other vocal ensembles: Voices of Praise, Men of Note and Hosanna Singers. Kim leads the cantor ministry and assists with funeral planning and directing the Resurrection Choir. She plans and prepares the church environment for the liturgical seasons in conjunction with the Liturgy Commission. Finally, Kim assists couples in planning their wedding liturgies. This is her second position as a full-time Director of Liturgy and Music. She holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame in Sacred Music and a B.A. from the University of Portland in Music. Kim enjoys bicycling, hiking in the mountains and spending time with her two children, Gabe (7) and Lucy (2).  


Peg Johnston, Parish Nurse

Peg coordinates our parish health ministry in providing education, health counseling, information and referral for community resources and services, and presence and prayer, with health ministry volunteers. [top]



Kayleigh Fenton, Event Coordinator, ext. 1570

The event coordinator is responsible for scheduling and managing paid events in the Shamrock Social Hall which would include wedding receptions, anniversary parties, community events and fundraisers.  This includes supervising the decorating and deliveries for the event, managing all vendors for the event and the final clean-up at the end of the event.


Ed Rudquist, Facility Engineer

Ed’s responsibilities are to assist our lead maintenance with up keep of the building. This involves general cleaning inside and outside lawn care. He is responsible for setting up Shamrock Hall for events and the clean up after. He also helps out with maintenance at St. Patrick’s cemetery.
