Meets monthly – fourth Tuesday, 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.  - includes Mass and meal
Help guide and support community and fellowship building amongst parishioners.

Meets monthly – second Tuesday, 11:30 a.m., 1-2 hours or 5 hours if assisting with food preparation; time commitment is completely flexible to meet your schedule/availability
Organization of parishioners aged 55+ focused on fellowship including Mass, lunch, social time, and BINGO.  Assist with providing, preparing, and cleaning-up meal and activities. Group gathers September through May.

Cemetery Clean-up
Yearly - typically last Saturday in April  - 3-4 hours
Clean-up church cemetery including leveling graves, adding black dirt and grass seed as needed, and brush/flower debris removal.

Cemetery Committee
Quarterly - 1 hour
Discuss current and proposed projects for the parish cemetery.

Circle of Friends
 Monthly – third Thursday, 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.  - August – May
Open to all parish women to join in various fundraising,
social activities, and spiritual growth.

Community Garden
Assistant 3 days/week - 30-45 minutes/day - commit to 1-2 weeks/summer
Help weed and water parish community garden during the summer months.  Deliver produce to Neighbors Food Shelf as needed.

Fall Festival
Time commitment: Variable – if interested in planning and leading, significant time may be required months prior to the event; other opportunities exist for participation and assistance the weekend of the event for 2-3 hour time slots of your discretion. Participate in the parish’s largest annual fundraiser held the second or third weekend in September; opportunities exist in numerous capacities and various time commitments.

Funeral – Coordinator
4 hours/funeral – commitment is variable and on as needed basis – typically every 4-6 weeks Phone call, organize, and solicit volunteers to prepare funeral luncheon meals and serve at luncheons.  Also, purchase food and bring to church.

Funeral – Dessert Bakers
Time commitment is your discretion – on as needed basis – typically every 4-6 weeks Prepare bars, cookies, and/or cakes (homemade or store-bought) and drop-off at church for funeral luncheons.

Funeral Volunteers
2-4 hours - commitment is variable and on as needed basis –
 typically every 4-6 weeks
Preparers: Cook and prepare luncheon meal in the church kitchen.
Lunch Servers: Prepare dining room tables and buffet for funeral luncheons.  Assist serving meal to funeral attendees.
Clean-Up Crew: Clean-up dining hall and kitchen, pack left-over food for family to take home, clean tables, etc.

Laundry Linen
Washing 1-2 hours - commitment is variable and on
as needed basis – typically every 4-6 weeks
Take all dirty linens/laundry home to wash and clean and return
to the kitchen as soon as possible

Men’s Club
Meets monthly – first Sunday, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. Open to all men of the parish.  Committed to encourage the spiritual growth of church community and members through meetings, fellowship, church activity participation, and fundraisers.

New Parishioner Visits
 30 minutes - commitment is variable and on as needed basis,
typically once per month
Visit and welcome new parishioners in person and
provide new parishioner welcome packet.

Outdoor Gardening and Grounds Maintenance
Weekly – spring through fall - 1 hour
Plant and maintain gardens and planters throughout the
growing season around the church exterior.

Parish Office and Phone Help
Commitment is variable and on as needed basis
Provide assistance in the parish office with light office duties
(e.g. mass mailings) and phone support.

Money Counters
1-2 times/month on Monday mornings - 2-3 hours
Count and tally weekly parishioner contributions, and
prepare contributions for weekly deposit.

St. Patrick’s Taste Extravaganza
1-2 hours /month - October – May
Assist and partake in planning parish spring fundraising event. Work with local businesses to secure sponsorships and donations.

Wedding Coordinator
9 hours/wedding – commitment is variable and on as needed basis
Work with engaged couples to prepare for wedding including
scheduling and overseeing wedding rehearsal (2 hours)
and serving as sacristan on wedding day (7 hours).
