The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) is an assembly of the hierarchy of the United States who jointly exercise certain pastoral functions on behalf of the Christian faithful of the United States. The Conference promotes the greater good, which the Church offers humankind, especially through forms and programs of the apostolate. A comprehensive resource for scripture, Catholic Teachings, and statements social issues facing Catholics today.

The Minnesota Catholic Conference is the designated arm of Minnesota Bishops to track issues and legislation (state & federal) important to Minnesota Catholics.

Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis

Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis: A comprehensive resource to find help for those in need.

The mission of Catholic Charities is to serve those most in need and to advocate for justice in the community.

Men, women, children and families, just like all of us, come to Catholic Charities during some of the hardest times in their lives. The darkness of abuse, illness, homelessness, hunger. From the youngest child at St. Joseph’s home for children to the oldest soul seeking shelter at the Dorothy Day Place.

Simply put, it is the mission of Catholic Charities to be there in those darkest, hardest moments to provide help and hope for a better future.

NET Ministries challenges young Catholics to love Christ and embrace the life of the Church. Every August, 175 young Catholics aged 18-28 leave behind their jobs, school, family, and friends to devote nine months to serving with the National Evangelization Teams (NET).

NET Ministries fulfills its mission by:

  • Proclaiming the Gospel of Christ through a personal witness of faith

  • Inviting young people to live for Christ

  • Forming young people in Christian character through the study and practice of their faith

  • Equipping youth workers and young adults with the ministry skills needed for evangelization

NET Ministries is under the ecclesiastical vigilance of the Archbishop of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. NET is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of Minnesota funded through individual donations, program fees and grants and is governed by a national board of directors.

Twin Cities Young Adults (TCYA): links young adult leaders with the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis to grow the Twin Cities Young Adult Catholic community.

Knights of Columbus: A fraternal men’s organization based on the founding principles of charity, unity and fraternity. The Knights was formed to render financial aid to members and their families. Mutual aid and assistance are offered to sick, disabled and needy members and their families. Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members and their families through educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, war relief and public relief works.

Relevant Radio® assists the Church in the New Evangelization by providing relevant programming through media platforms to help people bridge the gap between faith and everyday life.

The Vatican
